Practice Specialist

A Treaty 8 Youth Worker will develop a one-to-one relationship with the child or youth and provide the following services in a culturally appropriate manner:

• Support the child or youth to address the effects of trauma and adverse childhood experiences.
• Support the child or youth to achieve the goals identified in the Service Plan with the Child Intervention Caseworker.
• Connect the child or youth with resource in the Treaty 8 territory.
• Support youth in their transition to adulthood.
