Family Prevention Services

Under Family Prevention Services a Family Support Worker will work with the family to assist with the following:

• Family Searches – The Treaty 8 Urban Office will conduct family searches for all Treaty 8 referrals to build connections and support for the family.
• Family Circles – This is a preventative measure aimed at helping families have more effective conversations, make decisions more quickly, be able to better share information, and solve problems.
• Traditional parenting skills.
• Life skills.
